The letter sets out the role the EU can play in increasing climate finance flows to developing countries, in setting strong implementation pathways for climate finance goals, and in shifting financial flows and supporting fairer global economic frameworks. The letter also addresses what the EU can do to support the transition away from fossil fuels.
